| Junior Office Assistant (JOA) | Between 18 and 25 Years. | Essential: (i) 12th Class pass from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Typing Speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. |
| Civil Motor Driver (OG) | Between 18 and 27 Years. | Essential: Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised board, Civilian Driving license of heavy vehicles and have two years’ experience of driving such vehicles. |
| Tele Operator Grade-II | Between 18 and 25 Years. | Essential: (i) 10+2 or equivalent with English as compulsory subject. (ii) Proficiency in handling PBX board. Desirable: Fluency in spoken English. |

Nationality / Citizenship
• A candidate must be :-
(i) A citizen of India or
(ii) A subject of Nepal or
(iii) A subject of Bhutan or
(iv) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with intention of permanently
settling in India.
• Provided that a candidate who belongs to categories (ii), (iii) and (iv) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate for eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
