Central Industrial Security Force-CISF invites online applications (CISF Constable Recruitment-2024) from Male Indian Citizens for filling 1030 temporary posts in Constable/Fire. Important Instructions for Candidate

| 1. Read Instructions • All Eligible candidates can apply for CISF Constable Recruitment-2024 between 31 Aug 2024 to 30 Sep 2024. • Please read Instructions and specific guidelines provided with the Notification Before Applying in CISF Constable Recruitment-2024 to understand the information required to fill the form. 2. Create an Account: • Online applications will require to create an account to access the Online form. Follow the instructions and set up the account if not registered in the portal. • Keep the credentials, E-mail ID, Password, etc. secured for future reference. |
| 3. Filling the Online application Form (CISF Constable Recruitment-2024): consists of two parts: i. One Time Registration ii. Filling of online Application for the Examination |
| 4. Part-I (One-Time Registration): • One-time Registration will be a permanent database for candidate. The Unique Registration ID and Password will be used by the candidates for all the examinations conducted by CISF. • keep the Mobile Number & Email ID ready for OTR. |
| 5. How to register for the first time: • Long on to the official website of CISF “https://cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in” • Go to Home page and Click “Login” button. • On New page, Click on “New Registration” button. |
| 6. For filling up the ‘One-Time Registration Form’, for “CISF Constable Recruitment-2024” please follow the following steps: • Enter details (e.g. Name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender etc.) in the relevant columns of the Registration Form as mentioned in the Matriculation Certificate. Click on submit button. New page will be displayed. • Check your personal details and fill the basic details Mobile Number and Email-ID. • Read the ‘Declaration’ carefully, if you agree with the declaration, click on ‘Final Submit’ button. • On confirmation, your data will be saved and your Registration-Number and Password will be sent to the Mobile Number. • Login using your Registration-Number as username and auto generated password provided the Mobile Number. |
| 7. Part-II (Online Application Form) • Documents Necessary for Updating in Portal for Filling of online application • Recent scanned color passport size photograph (i.e. not more than three months old) in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). • Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB). Image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height). • scanned copy of Matriculation Certificate and Senior Secondary Examination Certificate for the proof of Age and Educational Qualification. |
| • Login to CISF Recruitment website i.e https://cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in/and click ‘CT-Fire 2024’ tab. • Fill the essential details such as ‘Registration Number’, ‘Password’, ‘Captcha’ and click submit button. Click on “Apply Button” when new page appears.. • Once the application CISF Constable Recruitment-2024 is completely filled in, read declaration carefully and click on “Save & Preview”. Check the details and click on “Final Submission” button. • Upload the recent Photograph, signature, scanned copy of Matriculation Certificate and Senior Secondary Examination Certificate. • After Uploading Documents Make Payment of Fees on the portal and take print out of the application. |
| General instructions to candidates : • Before applying, candidates must carefully go through the instructions given in the notice of examination. • Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy load on the website during the days preceding the closing date. |
| • Verification of documents with originals testimonials will be carried out at the time of PET/PST. Therefore, candidature will be accepted provisionally only. Before applying, candidates should go through the requirements of educational qualification, age, physical standards etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible for the post. During scrutiny of document, if any claim made in the application is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled. |
| • Candidates seeking reservation benefits such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM or any other relaxation as per the provisions of this Notice of Examination must ensure that they are entitled for such reservation/ relaxation. They should be in possession of the relevant certificates in original in the prescribed format in support of their claim when the copies of the certificates are sought. |
| • A candidate belonging to a caste of SC, ST or OBC category, on migration from one State to another State will have to make an informed choice whether to get the benefit of reservation in the State of origin or to appear as unreserved candidate from the State of migration. |
| • Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are not eligible to apply for this examination. • Candidates are advised to fill their correct and active e-mail addresses and mobile number in the online application as important correspondence may be made through e-mail/SMS. • Fee payable : Rs.100/- (Rs. one hundred only). Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee • Candidates must write their names, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature may be cancelled at the time of Document Verification or as and when it comes into the notice. |
| • In the online application form, candidates are required to upload dated Photograph (not more than 03 months old from the date of publication of this Notification), Signature and scanned copies of relevant documents with regard to age & educational qualification (i.e. Matriculation Certificate & Senior Secondary Examination Certificate). |
| • Only one online application is allowed to be submitted by a candidate for the Examination. • Applications with blurred/ illegible Photograph/ Signature will be rejected summarily. |
| • When application is successfully submitted, it will be accepted ‘Provisionally’. Candidates should take printout of the application form for their own records. The printout of the ‘Application Form’ is not required to be submitted. |
| • The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination CISF Constable Recruitment-2024 . Their admission at all the stages of examination will be purely provisional subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification, at any time before, during or after any stage of recruitment process or even after issue of Offer of Appointment/ joining the Force, it is found that they do not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions, their candidature/ selection for post will be cancelled. |
